What you will find: A collection of research posts, interviews and the occasional guilty muse piece written by someone in the midst of deep and amazing ventures in food and general biophilia. Areas of interest include contemporary and future farming practices and land use, the negotiated relations between cities and their rural counterparts, and the geopolitics of food culture and food systems.
I am also interested in beauty.
Method: I aim to treat all actors in the food chain as equal for research ranging from plant breeders to large retail stores, as well as all actions, objects and systems.
